He is the second CFO. The April 2022 operating agreement named Jennifer Welker; she signed the March 2023 offering. Wilkins is not a manager.
Sunstone Development’s bio (archived 14 Jul 2025; the live page is dead) listed him as CFO of Versity Invest, LLC. It said he oversaw acquisitions, accounting, financial reporting, cash management, budget/forecasting, and investor financial reporting, and that he had been corporate controller as of October 2022. Sunstone is the Wettengel/Muro vehicle in the Dana Point / Anaheim hotel stack the forum and KHCA papers treat as the alleged diversion. His name on that site is a documented overlap, not a finding that he moved the money.
