Not a registration statement and not a PPM. It is the public card for who sold the deal.
Sales compensation (item 12 on the form) is the list of who got paid to sell the offering: named recipients and their associated broker-dealers. This site calls those people commissioned sellers.
Why it shows up here: 4ANDJ CIK 0001889742 and Vintage CIK 0001924699. First-sale dates are the conservative FINRA 12206 inputs until actual close dates are pulled from the subscription booklets. Commissioned-seller names are how Tim Sherer, Ryan Sherer, and Brian Nelson (on Vintage) are on the ticket.
