What we need

Filings beat forums. A Form D, a distribution letter, or a trustee notice beats a recollection.

For any DST:

• Last distribution date, or that distributions are current
• Who the signatory trustee is now
• Any sale, 721, or capital-call letter

These pages have no reported issues in this record. That is not a clean bill. If you hold one, say so.
